At 60 centimetres, Salomon’s new Mini Grom is a great size to start kids off on the right track. This snowblade is effortless for kids to master and provides easy access to on-snow pleasure.
A fun and fast way to introduce children to snowblading and it’s also an outstanding steppingstone to other snow related activities such as skiing or snowboarding.
The Mini Grom offers better manoeuvrability on snow and ice compared to regular junior skis mounted with a recreational binding. Unlike skis or snowboards the dimensions are small enough to facilitate walking up gentle slopes, so newcomers don’t have to hassle mastering rope tows or chairlifts until they’re ready to move up the mountain.
The Mini Grom also features the same wide body construction that advanced snowbladers enjoy for stability and balance, as well as a PU core and extruded base. A transparent polyamide top surface will keep this snowblade looking great even through those beginning spills.
